BOOKING AND DEPOSITS

A valid credit card is required to book any service here at Ritual the Salon as well as reviewing/signing our Cancellation Policy Form. Credit Cards are stored digitally and encrypted, so private information cannot be accessed. 

Lengthy services such as Keratins, Color Corrections and Extensions require a non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. Deposits vary according to service, but are applied to your final service cost. 

Note: Cancelling or rescheduling a service does not refund your deposit.

CONSULTATIONS

We highly encourage booking a consultation if you are unsure about a particular service we offer, have had box dye applied previously and/or would like a more accurate price estimate. Our consultations are complimentary, however, cancellation of a consultation within 48 hours prior to an appointment is subject to a fee as it is time specifically blocked out on a stylist’s schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

To avoid any cancellation fees, please cancel / reschedule your appointment BEFORE the 48 hour period prior to your appointment. 

HOW TO CANCEL / RESCHEDULE: Please call the salon at (770) 676-0481 or text us via (770) 264-1792 if you need to adjust your appointment. If you call during business hours and get our voicemail, please leave a brief message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel an appointment while the salon is closed, leaving a voicemail or text message is still valid. As long as any voicemail or text is received BEFORE the 48 hour period, no fee will be applied. 

We do not accept cancellations / rescheduled appointments through social media and/or email.

Late Arrival Policy: Out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late, will only be honored at salon discretion. If the stylist cannot perform the full service scheduled because of tardiness, client will be charged a late fee of $65.00 in addition to their appointment cost.

Color Service Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a base fee of $65.00. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to your appointment, 50% of the service cost will be charged.

Haircut Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a haircut service within 48 hours prior of your appointment, 50% of the stylist's haircut price will be charged. If you cancel a haircut service the same day of your appointment, 100% of the stylist's haircut price will be charged.

No Show / Same Day Cancellation Policy: If there is a "No-Call / No-Show" for an appointment, the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Keratin / Extensions / Color Corrections Policy: For these specific services, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and that goes towards the cost of your service. Cancellation of these services forfeits deposit.

New Client Specialty Color Services with Lauren Blauser: Due to high demand, services with the owner require a non-refundable $150 deposit in order to reserve that time slot and goes towards your service cost. Initial deposit allows 1 rescheduling opportunity. After rescheduling an appointment once, your original deposit is forfeited and a new deposit of $150 is required. Cancellation of appointment results in loss of deposit. 

Redo Policy:  Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with your service within 2 weeks of your original service date.

We understand that life happens, but due to many frequent cancellations, we must initiate our policy all across the board.
