Lauren
Lauren Blauser has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and is the head stylist / owner of Ritual The Salon.
She has been trained by celebrity hairstylists, such as: Travis Parker, Tracey Cunningham and Drew Schaffering.
Lauren has styled for numerous celebrities, particularly:
- Jen Ripley (Luxe Atlanta)
- Amy Flurry (Lucky Magazine / Peach Style Editor)
She holds a certification in Balayage and Styling from Business of Balayage, along with a certification in Platinum Seamless Extensions and AQUA Hair Extensions. With over 14 years of experience at a high-end salon, she understands the needs of high-end clientele and provides the modern luxury experience her salon is known for.
Kristin
Meet Kristin!
Kristin was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She has always had a creative vision since she was a child. She enjoys everything beauty. Kristin never meets a stranger and loves to make people feel their best! She specializes in blonding and various balayage techniques, but she also enjoys extensions and cutting!
Maria
Meet Maria!
Born and raised in upstate NY, Maria has always been the go-to girl for hair and make up with friends and family! She has been behind the chair for 11 years now and absolutely loves having the ability to make clients feel beautiful from the moment they sit in her chair to the moment they strut out of the salon. She specializes in blondes, balayages and lived-in color! Aside from her passion for hair, Maria loves doing bridal make up! She thinks there’s something special about making a bride feel gorgeous on their big day!
Beyond her exceptional skills, she creates a welcoming environment for anyone that walks through the door! At the end of your appointment, you will not only have a hairstylist but you will also gain a friend!

Leila
Meet Leila!
Creative, versatile, and deeply passionate about her craft, Leila has been a successful, licensed cosmetologist for over 15 years. Originally from Maryland, where she began her career, she has consistently prioritized continued education to deliver high-quality service, provide professional expertise, and stay current with the latest trends and techniques.
Leila loves the artistry of transforming hair using various coloring and ”Blonding” techniques. She is skilled in the “Lived In Color” technique and Brunette Blonding. Leila specializes in Luxury Hair Extensions, with a unique niche in Alternative Hair Couture, for women with thinning hair who need an advanced option to achieve the glamorous hair they desire.
Leila received Hair Extension certifications in the IBE Method, the Luna Method, Sherri Renee Alternative Hair Couture, K-tips & more. She is proficient in working with all hair textures and can service all who sit in her chair.
Leila has a desire for helping her client’s fall in love with their hair again - or perhaps even for the first time.
Landis
Meet Landis!
Landis was born in Virginia, but made her way to Colorado when she was 12. She has always been creative, artistic and outgoing. Connecting with people comes naturally to her. From complimenting her mom’s friends on their outfits at a young age to now helping create the perfect look behind the chair, she’s always been about making people feel beautiful.
Landis has been a hairstylist for 8 years and even owned her own business! She specializes in blondes, balayage and lived-in color. Family is everything to her especially when it comes to her daughter, Braylin. Being an aunt to her sister’s 4 children is one of her favorite titles and the reason she now lives in Georgia, along with the rest of her family.

Timberlee
Meet Timberlee!
Timberlee has loved doing hair since before she can even remember. Second to being a Mom, becoming a hairstylist has been her greatest joy!
She most recently won 2025 Best of North Atlanta-Best Hair Stylist.
Queen of the Blondes, Timberlee can do anything from Platinum to Warm & Lived in. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her clients to ensure both their short and long term goals are met. Shag it up or layer it down, Timberlee will send you out into the world feeling beautiful and confident!
McKenzie
Meet McKenzie!
Originally from sunny Naples, Florida, McKenzie brought her Southern charm to Ellijay, Georgia, in 2019. A graduate of Paul Mitchell The School Esani in 2022, she’s been passionate about hair since high school, where she became the go-to stylist for friends and family. Specializing in color and hand-tied extensions, McKenzie loves creating personalized looks that make her clients feel beautiful and confident. Building strong connections with her clients is just as important to her as the perfect hairstyle.
Outside the salon, McKenzie enjoys teaching dance, dining out, and spending time with her loved ones, including her playful German shepherd puppy, Sable.
Alissa
Meet Alissa!
Alissa recently made the move from beautiful Savannah, GA, and is so excited to bring her passion for hair to her new home. She specializes in lived-in blondes, smoothing keratin treatments, and layered haircuts that grow out effortlessly and complement your lifestyle.
When she is not behind the chair, you’ll find her relaxing by the pool with her two dogs or heading down to Florida to spend time with her family. She believes great hair should feel as natural and low-maintenance as it looks, and loves creating customized styles that enhance your natural beauty.

Brenda
Meet Brenda!
Hailing from Boston Brenda Pridgett has been in the salon management industry for over 27 years. She had a passion for hair at a very young age.She started out in cosmetology school, but very quickly realized that she was great at running the show. She's been in Atlanta for 11 years running multiple hair salons, but found her home at Ritual The Salon.
She is all things customer service so when you see that big smile and a wonderful, sweet warm voice over the phone that's Brenda.
When she is not at the salon you will find her cheering her boys on at basketball games.
Alondra
Meet Alondra!
Alondra has been in the salon industry for over 5 years. She started her journey in hair school and quickly found her forever salon home at Ritual The Salon. When she is not assisting the owner with fabulous blowdrys. She is keeping the salon running like a well-oiled machine as the operations director. You also might see her at the front desk greeting all of our amazing clients.
When she is not in the salon, you can find her spending time traveling, spending time with family or shopping.
