Lauren
Lauren Blauser has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and is the head stylist / owner of Ritual The Salon.
She has been trained by celebrity hairstylists, such as: Travis Parker, Tracey Cunningham and Drew Schaffering.
Lauren has styled for numerous celebrities, particularly:
- Jen Ripley (Luxe Atlanta)
- Amy Flurry (Lucky Magazine / Peach Style Editor)
She holds a certification in Balayage and Styling from Business of Balayage, along with a certification in Platinum Seamless Extensions and AQUA Hair Extensions. With over 14 years of experience at a high-end salon, she understands the needs of high-end clientele and provides the modern luxury experience her salon is known for.
Kristin
Meet Kristin!
Kristin was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She has always had a creative vision since she was a child. She enjoys everything beauty. Kristin never meets a stranger and loves to make people feel their best! She specializes in blonding and various balayage techniques, but she also enjoys extensions and cutting!
Landis
Meet Landis!
Landis was born in Virginia, but made her way to Colorado when she was 12. She has always been creative, artistic and outgoing. Connecting with people comes naturally to her. From complimenting her mom’s friends on their outfits at a young age to now helping create the perfect look behind the chair, she’s always been about making people feel beautiful.
Landis has been a hairstylist for 8 years and even owned her own business! She specializes in blondes, balayage and lived-in color. Family is everything to her especially when it comes to her daughter, Braylin. Being an aunt to her sister’s 4 children is one of her favorite titles and the reason she now lives in Georgia, along with the rest of her family.

Kami
Meet Kami!
She was born in California, but raised in the heart of Alpharetta, GA. Kami found a love for the art of hair by trying out various cutting and coloring techniques on herself and friends as early as high school! With a keen eye for detail and a warm approach, Kami listens attentively to clients' desires while delivering amazing results. When Kami isn't doing hair, she loves to spend time with her friends, family and her dogs Tripp & Barley!
McKenzie
Meet McKenzie!
Originally from sunny Naples, Florida, McKenzie brought her Southern charm to Ellijay, Georgia, in 2019. A graduate of Paul Mitchell The School Esani in 2022, she’s been passionate about hair since high school, where she became the go-to stylist for friends and family. Specializing in color and hand-tied extensions, McKenzie loves creating personalized looks that make her clients feel beautiful and confident. Building strong connections with her clients is just as important to her as the perfect hairstyle.
Outside the salon, McKenzie enjoys teaching dance, dining out, and spending time with her loved ones, including her playful German shepherd puppy, Sable.
Kara
Meet Kara!
Kara was born and raised right here in the heart of Georgia! This Georgia girl has been inspired by the art of creativity in the beauty industry since the early years of middle school.
Between bridal makeup for family and styling friends’ hair for homecoming and prom, she fell in love with building relationships and helping empower confidence in everyone that sits in her chair!
After attending Paul Mitchell the School Esani, she found her salon home right here at Ritual the Salon. When she’s not in the salon, Kara enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and playing with her cat, Simon.
Maria
Meet Maria!
Born and raised in upstate NY, Maria has always been the go-to girl for hair and make up with friends and family! She has been behind the chair for 11 years now and absolutely loves having the ability to make clients feel beautiful from the moment they sit in her chair to the moment they strut out of the salon. She specializes in blondes, balayages and lived-in color! Aside from her passion for hair, Maria loves doing bridal make up! She thinks there’s something special about making a bride feel gorgeous on their big day!
Beyond her exceptional skills, she creates a welcoming environment for anyone that walks through the door! At the end of your appointment, you will not only have a hairstylist but you will also gain a friend!

Timberlee
Meet Timberlee!
Timberlee has loved doing hair since before she can even remember. Second to being a Mom, becoming a hairstylist has been her greatest joy! Queen of the Blondes, Timberlee can do anything from Platinum to Warm & Lived in. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her clients to ensure both their short and long term goals are met. Shag it up or layer it down, Timberlee will send you out into the world feeling beautiful and confident!
